Setting up a web product development process: Preparation of process documentation; Development of technical specifications, schemes, business processes. development of the appearance of the interface (prototypes, Wirefram, Prototyp, Mockup); architecture design using Visio, UML diagrams. Development of process steps; Implementation of the process in the company; Supervision of the process of creating web-projects, startups, mobile applications: communication with the client, analysis of requirements; preparation of Terms of Reference (TOR); setting tasks at all stages of the project (design, layout, testing, assembly); quality control of tasks; task execution time control; product testing after each stage.
