1 x 60 minute session. Explore ideas, strengths, set up goals & key action steps.

What is included in the advanced package?

5x45 minute sessions. 60 minutes intake session to setup long-term plan. 1x15 check in session.

What is included in the Leadership Package?

10 sessions 1 intake session 15 min. check in 60 min interview assessing leadership competences

What do I get from coaching?

Coaching is like getting a map and a compass. We create a space in which you can freely explore what you want and you create the path to get it. You realize what strengths to use, how to overcome fears, how to grow out from non-helping beliefs.

Who can be coached?

Anyone can be coached on any topic but the effect can be various. To get the most out of coaching, it is best to have experience and some knowledge. So the gradation of personal development goes like this: No experience/knowledge => Teach Some experience => Mentor Wast experience => Coach
