Hi, I am engineer and professionally doing quantitative take off analysis using plan swift software since 3 years. I have done many projects. The quality of work will be at the PRO level. A work sample can also be shown on request.

I use the latest software (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, etc.) and tools like Google Earth to get accurate and fast estimates and deliver the results east to read and modify Excel spreadsheets, PDF layouts for take-off.
