The Revit and 3D CAD models are in high accurate geometry (up to LOD300 or higher) and following any custom BIM standard if required from clients.
The supported Point Cloud format are included:

⭑ PTS
⭑ PTX
⭑ RCS
⭑ XYZ
⭑ CLR
⭑ CL3
⭑ And any other format supported by Autodesk ReCap.
I offer you 3 packages:
1) Standard (gig included) Point Cloud to Revit - Small size This package is for small size building (Total areas under 1000 m2)
2) Progressive. Point Cloud to Revit - Medium size This package is for medium size building (Total areas range: 1,000 m2 - 2,000 m2)
3) Premium. Point Cloud to Revit - Big size This package is for medium size building (Total areas more than 2,000 m2)
