I am a civil engineer and MEP-Revit modeler with over 6 years of experience in the construction environment, MEP sector and BIM models.
Provides MEP (electricity, plumbing, HVAC) models based on sketches, 2D drawings. Or you can design it from scratch.
The customer provides architectural drawings (DWG format) and/or sketches (DWG format or hand-drawn sketches).
What is a workflow?
-Getting requirements (files, sizes, images, pdf, dwg... etc.);
-Preliminary modeling and documentation.
-After confirming the modification of the model, if necessary.
-Providing final materials.
-We will provide a fix if needed.
